Event FAQs

How many water stations will be on the course?

Yes!  Three water stations will be on the 10K route, two on the 5K route.
What time does the 10K start?

 The 10K Starts at 7:20 AM
What time does the 5K start?

The 5K starts at 7:30 AM
When will awards be presented?

Awards will take place immediately following the Kids Fun Run
What kind of shirts do runners get?

All 10K and 5K participants will receive a “wicking” shirt
Will there be on-site registration?

YES!  Ends at 7:00 am
Is this event open to men and women?

YES!
Can children particpate?

YES!  With a parent’s permission, children ages 11 and up can enter the 5K or 10K races.  Children 10 and under are invited to participate in the Kids Fun Run.
Are strollers allowed?

YES! 
Are dogs allowed?

Yes, as long as they are on a leash at all times.
Are bicycles, skateboard, in-line skates or scooters allowed?

Sorry, but no.
Are the races certified?

Yes!  Both the 10K and the 5K are sanctioned by the USATF.
Are strollers allowed?

YES! 
What time does the course close?

10:00am
What time do volunteers stop serving refreshments for participants?

11:00am
How are the miles marked along the course?

Miles will be marked with signage
Will there be restrooms along the course?

YES! 
Are iPods allowed while participating in the 10K and 5K?

YES!
